McGinty & O’Shea Ltd. recently completed the installation of an 800mm Ø PRV, one of the largest in the country, at the Chetwynd Resrvoir site in Cork. McGinty & O’Shea Ltd. also undertook the design of the works which when complete facilitates the bypassing and repair of the 15,000,000 gallon reservoir and reduces downstream pressures on the 1,000mm Ø trunk main supplying Cork City and the Lower Harbour area.
